Brier's lip turned up into a smile, seeing a book being held up by the woman. "The princess Bride, of yes of course, you can keep it if you want." Having her fill of food for the morning. She pushed her plate aside, only to replace it with a glass of water. "Yes I did, it's some needed training equipment, the bar will help you with balance, and flexibility. Since at first you won't be use to it. And the food, is good for you and will help you stay full of energy." As if Bri needed that. "And hydrated, always important!"

"I'm sure the men would, the question is do I want them to? Besides, when I dance I'm only out there for myself, the rest of the world just...melts far away." Watching Bri's gaze, she peeked under the table with her. "Yes it helps to warm up the legs, and muscles. So anything you need to do to stretch and warm up this morning, do it." Shortly after she had said that Brier finished off her glass of water. Pushing herself up to stand. Then gave a warm smile at Bri's question. "You've been a ballerina, just by wanting to learn."

Moving into the opening created Brier began a few warm up stretches. Before taking position next to the bar, and laid one hand over it. "Our first lesson will be to teach you the five positions of dance. Though in ballet, they are a little different, the toes legs and arms point and extend more dramatically then in normal dance."

"For the moment we will force on the feet positions, this is first position." Coming to stand so her feet were together, heel to heel, her toes facing out from her body, making a straight line with her feet. "Every position here requires your feet to point straight out even with your shoulders."

Her feet slid apart, though still facing out from her body. "This is second position, and this is third position." Moving her feet together, one in front and one behind, overlapping by about a half foot length.

"Now forth position has two variations. This one." Moving her feet apart, one still in front and one still behind. Feet close and fully overlapping. "And this one." Keeping almost the same position, but there was no overlap, just a straight line up and down from heel to heel.

"And lastly, fifth position." Sliding her feet together, front and behind, fully overlapping. "Now you try with me."
